As an instructor, Alexandria (Lexi) is committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment for all; whether you're seeking to enhance your physical strength, improve flexibility, or find therapeutic relief through movement, she is dedicated to guiding you on your journey to holistic health and well-being. Alexandria's journey into teaching began with her personal practice of functional movement training, including disciplines such as TRX, yoga and, of course, Pilates. This diverse foundation has not only shaped her approach to fitness but has also deepened her understanding of the body's dynamic capabilities and resilience.

Alexandria harbours a deep-seated passion for the therapeutic aspects and benefits of Pilates, firmly believing in its power to heal, strengthen, and transform. Her philosophy centers on the conviction that movement, when executed with intention and awareness, can serve as a powerful vehicle for physical and mental wellness.

Currently, Alexandria is furthering her Pilates education through continuous training with Pilates Process in Toronto, where she received her Pilates certification.
