Discounted 3 Private Class “Intro Pack”, $225+HST
After clients complete their first 3 private classes they are welcome to join a Group Class (at the instructor’s discretion). If you have experience with equipment Pilates, you will be required to complete at least one Private Class before joining a group.

Semi Privates
5 Class Pass: $251.75 +HST ($50.35 per class)
10 Class Pass: $487.60 +HST ($48.76 per class)
20 Class Pass: $954 + HST ($47.70 per class)
Semi Private Pilates classes are booked with a maximum of 2 participants and each client follows their own program with the guidance of an instructor.
Private Classes (50 minutes)
Single Private Class: $95 +HST
5 Class Pass: $465 +HST ($93 per class)
10 Class Pass: $910 +HST ($91 per class)
20 Class Pass: $1780 +HST ($89 per class)
Private Classes (30 minutes)
Single Private 30 min Class: $47.50 +HST
5 Class Pass: $225.63 +HST ($45.13 per class)

All Physio Pilates sessions are billable under extended health benefits. Please note, in order to start a physio Pilates program you must first book in for an initial Physiotherapy Assessment to determine whether the program is appropriate for you.
1 on 1 - Combo apt: 30 mins Physio/30 mins Pilates: $135
1 on 1 - 60 minute Physio Pilates: $135
1 on 1 - 30 min Physio Pilates: $80
