Karen Seymour

Registered physiotherapist

Karen obtained her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Southern California in 1985. At Curtin University in Perth, Australia she obtained a certificate in Manual and Manipulative Therapy, and at Concordia University in Montreal she obtained an under­grad degree in Bio­PhysEd.

In addition to working part-time in the private sector with post-op orthopaedic and sports injuries Karen also does coverage at In Occupational Health, Karen performs Ergonomic Assessments and Physical Demands Analysis at North York General Hospital, and has previously worked at their Sports Medicine Clinic.

Karen is a physiotherapist who practices what she preaches with her interest in keeping people active. She works in field of play and team coverage for all levels of sport from recreational to elite levels such as youth hockey, youth soccer, elite figure skating, and track and triathlon
